Wednesday: I’ll know soon enough

Thursday: I’ll know shortly – gotta love long weekends, it has messed me up. LOL!

Friday: Home again – thinking easy like hamburgers or hotdogs.

Menu Plan Monday: Teacher Appreciation Week

I had all the plans in the world to get all my Teacher Appreciation gifts done several weeks ago and I got three done and 1 more started.  Well, now I am scrambling to finish the gifts up and get them on the sites!  Nothing like last minute, huh?

Tuesday: Hamburger Helper Cheesy Enchilada

Wednesday: Sweet & Sour Chicken Helper

Thursday: Cheesy Italian Beef (Hamburger Helper)

Friday: Cheddar Cheese Melt Hamburger Helper)

***The boys will be getting the Hamburger and Chicken Helper meals all week because we have a TON in our pantry. My husband and I are going to be eating some of the frozen veggies from the freezer, grilled chicken, and salad stuff all week.

Monday: Clean out my Kenmore Fridge day – we have lots of leftovers and while my HUGE fridge isn’t even remotely full, we do need to use up the leftovers before they go bad. We have things like: Ham & Cheese Tray, Frito Pie, Kelli’s Spaghetti, and Salad in there

Tuesday: Southern Red Beans & Rice

Wednesday: Roast in the Crockpot, Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli

Thursday: Chicken Broccoli Braid

Friday: Crockpot Pizza
