Menu Plan Monday: The Final Countdown

mpm

My entire family is asleep as I plan our weekly menu and get some work done.  I can’t believe this is the last day of 2012, but I am super excited for 2013.  This will be my year!  I have lots of things on the blogging agenda as well as things on the personal agenda…

Personally, I will be spending a ton of money this year.  Uggh!  LOL!  Zack is going to break me.. he will be getting braces this year AND will be performing at Disney World.  Exciting, right?  Lately, he has been complaining about not being able to see so looks like glasses (or contacts) will also be on the plan!

Tuesday: New Year’s Day means pork roast, turnips and cabbage (want lots of money this year), rice & gravy, sweet potato casserole, pineapple casserole, 4-layer delight (will get this recipe done for you this week), and whatever else the family happens to bring! Personally, I am hoping for some of my grandmother’s broccoli and cheese casserole as it is my FAVORITE! I need to get her recipe, too. LOL!

Wednesday: leftovers

Thursday: Slow Cooker Cowboy Sliders (recipe from Cookmore… YUM!) Plus, gotta use up the leftover pork!

Friday: Fried Chicken, green beans, and trying out this new recipe… Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese
