Menu Plan Monday: Making Printables

I have two pages of to dos for this week and a good portion of them are printables!  I am making printables for some orders and for my blogs.  Since we will be out of town for about two weeks, this week will be spent trying tog et some stuff scheduled.

Monday: Girls Night Out at Chick-fil-A tonight! Super excited!

Tuesday: Leftover soup into something else – we have lots of leftover soup still from last week, but not really enough for a meal. I am going to do some noodle or something to stretch it a bit farther for supper this week

Wednesday: Doctored Hamburger Helper <– we have a few that we aren’t crazy about so I am going to try to make it into something else. I will record my recipe for you guys as I make it

Thursday: Salads

Friday: Crockpot Pizza

Menu Plan Monday: Recovering from Mother’s Day

Yesterday, I spent so long making food for Mother’s Day and then stayed up super late trying to get my emails back until control that today I am exhausted and don’t feel like working. LOL!  On the plus side, I went ahead and made tonight’s supper when I was cooking yesterday.  Yay me! Smile

Menu Plan Monday: Preparing for Earth Day

Ok, on to my menu planning ideas for this week:

Monday: Rotel Dip – this one is going to be super hard to resist. I am going to allow myself a very small amount AFTER I fill up on salad.

Tuesday: Cheeseburger Mac

Wednesday: McDonald’s – thank goodness for the low calorie menu – this is a crazy busy night with dance and McDonald’s is the closest place to grab some grub

Thursday: Hamburgers – I will make Ricky and I 2 oz ones and we can eat them on 40 calorie bread instead of big buns. So, we will be ok.

Friday: Pork Chop and Rice Casserole

Menu Plan Monday: I Work Out

I have to cook for mu kids and as busy (seriously, crazy busy) as they are, I don’t concern myself with counting calories for them.  Between them we have:  Football, 2 acrobatics, 2 hip hop, jazz, and ballet – oh, plus Saturday competition practice.  Yeah, they stay plenty busy.   Anyway, my husband and I love the foods that I make so much that we are not giving those foods up.  We are just very careful to only eat ONE serving.  It is truly amazing how many calories you can knock out by actually eating a serving. 

Anyway, because we both love food and neither of us wants to starve, we are working out!  I have been sore since I started this journey on March 14th – seriously, not a day has gone by that my muscles haven’t protested and I am loving it!

So, here’s my workout plan for the week:

Monday – 20 minute cardio workout  – The goal is to actually do this twice today

Tuesday – 30 Day Butt Workout Day 1 – Thinking of maybe actually doing the entire 30 days next month.  We shall see :-)

Wednesday – Upper Body and Core Workout – my plan

Thursday – Just Dance 4 for Cardio

Friday – Full body workout from Body Rock
