Menu Plan Monday: Huge To Do List

mpm

Over at the main site, I talked about how busy this next week is due to school drawing to a close.  At the cooking site, I have a cute free printable menu planning sheet perfect for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday.  Here, let’s talk to do lists!

I did a quick brain dump and have 25 items on my to do list for today.  Will I get all 25 done today, no… however, I am running timers and HAVE to knock out a big portion.  That means, no getting side tracked on Pinterest, not getting caught up on the phone, and no games on Facebook!

What are your tricks to knocking out your to do lists?

Be sure to print out your coupons this week!  Remember, you should be able to print them twice.

Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:

MondayUltimate Beef Stroganoff

Tuesday – Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken (Taste of Home: Cooking School), and Copycat KFC Cole Slaw <– didn’t get to them last week. Excited for this week!

WednesdayKelli’s Spaghetti

Thursday – leftovers

Friday – Mini Meatloaves, Potatoes and Cheese, and Green Beans

Menu Plan Monday: Trying New Recipes this Week!

mpm

I didn’t really stick to my menu last week. Actually, the only thing I did have was the Slow Cooker Whole Fryer Chicken. Everything else was totally different. LOL! No big deal, I can do some of them this week, but I also find that I don’t want all of them. Smile

Be sure to print out your coupons this week!  Remember, you should be able to print them twice.

Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:

Monday: Crockpot Pizza (determined to get this made before the boys eat all the pepperonis!)

Tuesday: Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken (Taste of Home: Cooking School Cookbook: 400 + Simple to Spectacular Recipes), and Copycat KFC Cole Slaw

Wednesday: Glazed Pork Chops with Corn Bread Dressing (Taste of Home)

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Jerk Chicken Nachos and some other finger foods for Movie Night!

Recipes that I will (hopefully) be posting this week on Southern Mom Cooks since we had them for supper last week:

  • Loaded Mashed Potatoes
  • Easy Italian Meatloaf
  • and that’s all I took pictures of. LOL!

Menu Plan Monday: Teacher Appreciation

mpm

I have been commissioned to make a few Teacher Appreciation printables and am pretty excited about it.  As many of you know, my husband is a teacher.  At the high school level, he doesn’t receive appreciation gifts… his gift is seeing the kids come back after they have made a success of their lives!

Anyway, I love to make printable and am excited to see how these will turn out.  Right now, I have 16 items on my to do list for today including making the printables.  LOL! I am planning to work pretty hard for the first few hours this morning, then do some design work, then back to other work.

Also, Stanley Steamer is coming tomorrow, so I need to finish picking up my living room & playroom where we destroyed them moving furniture!

Be sure to print out your coupons this week!  Remember, you should be able to print them twice.

Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:

Monday: Chicken Broccoli Braid

Tuesday: Manwich Meatloaf and Potato Salad

Wednesday: Rotel Dip

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: I would like to go out to eat
