I learned quite a bit: no added growth hormones – Leaner is healthier – They raise leaner breeds of cattle like Limousin and Charolais that produce beef naturally lower in fat.
Vegetarian fed – Cattle live in pastures and graze on natural grasses and grains.
and sustainable agriculture – We believe in the responsible stewardship of land and animals.
I wish all food was produced that way! We all might be a little bit healthier!
