Today, for the menu plan portion of my Simple Dinner Ideas Series with Crystal and Company, I am going to tell you a little bit about a product that I learned of from a Menu Planning Yahoogroup nearly 10 years ago. The only recipe software you will ever need, the end all of meal plan organization! I used it so much that my husband made the statement, “I have no idea how much you paid for this thing, Kelli, but it was well worth every penny!” I got a new computer and never put it back on my computer until they agreed to silver sponsorship for this Simple Dinner Ideas Series. Oh my! Version 10 is even more awesome.
Cook’n Recipe Organizer, Version 10 allows you to clip recipes straight from the most websites (including 3 Boys and a Dog) and add them straight to your cookbooks and weekly menu plan. No more looking on the internet for that recipe you tried one day and liked! It is saved right in Cook’N and now available for searching!
Be sure to print out your coupons this week for the grocery items in your weekly menu plan! Remember, you should be able to print them twice.

This is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for!!! I have recipes in old cookbooks, old slips of paper, printouts from teh web, links to webpages online. I’ve been trying to use Taste Of Home’s recipe online organizer, but it doesn’t sync with anything nor can you search your saved recipes by ingredients. I really really hope to win this!!

OMG! This is such a tremendous tool! I didn’t even know there was anything like this out there! I checked it out on the DVO website and it is so cool. I love the fact that you can enter your own recipes in it too! Also, to sync with my iPhone would be perfect when I am out! This would be the ultimate in meal planning. I am a firm believer in planning out your meals to save time and money. However, it can be so overwhelming when you have recipe books, clippings, bookmarked recipes on the internet…where to start. I love how DVO has so many cookbooks of all categories to choose from. If I bought won I would definitely pick their Cookie Creations cookbook because I love to bake.I also really like that you can create your own cookbook with this software.This sounds like a really great and useful tool.

I like that I can save recipes from different sites in one place… I was diagnosed as diabetic in 2006 and it’s a whole new way of cooking so I now search online for ones I can use and still stay friends with my doctor but I can never remember which site had this one or that one.
