I have my family so tricked, that they don’t even realize that I am switching their real sugar out on a fairly regular basis these days. Seriously, y’all! I have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. No, it isn’t a gob of weight but I am really happy with it! I can’t wait for my next two week check up to see if I lose anymore! I have been stuck around 160 (or over) for so long, it was exciting to be at 156. LOL!
Why? Little changes! Instead of a cup of sugar in a gallon of tea, I do a 1/2 cup of sugar and a 1/2 cup of Equal Sucralose. No one has mentioned a difference. Soon, I will do 2/3 cup of Equal and 1/3 cup of sugar. Then, 3/4 and 1/4. Why not just switch? Because artificial sugar can have an odd aftertaste in drinks if you aren’t used to it. If you slowly wean them off, they won’t notice.
Anyway, I had a great time spending the day with my mom. We went to Walmart for a different shop then went to eat. While eating at Subway, I remembered that I had this shop to complete, too. So, we headed back to Walmart. LOL! You can see my entire shopping trip by clicking here.
Now, on to the fun part! My Sugar Cookies… or non-sugar Cookies
Sorry to say, but if you don’t live in one of the areas that carries the Equal Sucralose, then you are out of luck. I guess you could always use a comparable artificial sweetener, but you won’t have the mess free container and it will cost you more money. Check here to see if you can get Equal Sucralose in your town!
Don’t these look yummy?
