Country Crock Kids Thanksgiving Review/Giveaway

I was sent several items from Country Crock to review.  I received them a few days before Thanksgiving. I was really busy helping my sister with her bakery. She had a ton of cakes and pies to get done for Thanksgiving. Then my daughter got sick…..then, of course, I got sick. Still trying to fight it off. Anyway……That is why this is late. I do apologize to Country Crock.  Actually only 1 of the items is Thanksgiving related. The rest can be used anytime. My daughter loved them all.

1)Thanksgiving Place Mat – This is really cute and made very well. My daughter loved using it for her Thanksgiving dinner. It is from Pottery Barn, is no longer available to purchase.

2) Curious Chef Apple Slicer/corer- This was very easy for my daughter to use. It has large handles to easely hold on to. It is shaped like an apple and really cute. $8.99 value This item can be purchased on there website, Curious Chef. They also have plenty of other items for kids at great prices.

3) Mr. Potato Masher- My daughter loved mashing the potato’s with this cute little thing. It was easy for her to hold too. The handle is shaped like a potato. Too Cute!!! It can be purchased on there website here. On sale right now for $4.99 regular $5.99. They also sell other great items.

Important Notice: Closing Giveaways

As I mentioned quite some time ago, I now use a plugin called “And the winner is” to help me handle my giveaways.  Well, a couple days ago, my site experienced an outage.  My host thought the outage was from that plugin, but no other sites seem to have problems with it.  So, she has been working with the plugin developer to get it all worked out. 

She sent me an email telling me to go ahead and use the plugin again that “you should be fine… I hope”  So, I am going to catch up on giveaways VERY soon, but I want to do it when my host is online in case my site goes down, she can bring it back up right away.  Since she s about 2 hours behind me, that makes it difficult for us to be here at the same time.

So, thanks for your patience as I try to handle the issues on my site!  In the meantime, there are new giveaways being added daily, so don’t get discouraged!

I was sent Ottilie & Lulu Clean Skin Face Wipes and Shiny Silky Detangler & Conditioner for my 11 year old daughter to review. She really liked the fact that this is made just for kids her age. The face wipes cleaned her face really well and did not irritate her skin. Some of the medicated face wipes that I have bought for her out of the store have really irritated her skin. She is only 11 but she does have zits. LOL They smelled pretty good too, not a medicated smell. As for the detangler & conditioner, well it really didn’t help with detangling. My daughters hair is very thick and I have never found anything that helps. Her hair was shiny after using it. I didn’t care for the smell, minty, as I don’t like minty smell, LOL. But she didn’t mind it at all.
