The 30 Day Fitness Challenge #30DayMom

January is a time for reflecting on the past year and looking forward to the one to come.  While I focus very heavily on my blog and what I want to happen with it, I am also focuing on a more personal aspect.  I need to get fit.  I said it before, I have gained a TON of weight since my hysterectomy in February 2012.  No matter what, this weight just comes and goes.  This year, I am planning to take my life back and the best way to kick-start that is with the 30 day fitness challenge!

The 30 Day Fitness Challenge

While I kicked the Cokes back in early November and started being just a bit more careful about what goes into my body, like choosing baked chips over fried ones and eating rice cakes instead of cake, I am not really seeing a drastic change.  I have also started moving just a tad bit more.  However, for 30 days I am making a plan and I need you to help me stick with it!  You can join me by checking your favorite social media outlet for the #30DayMom hashtag AND by following my plan to get just a tad healthier this year!  Simple click the image below to download your free 30 Day Fitness Challenge Worksheet!
