Menu Plan Monday: First Day of School 2013

This is a sad day!  I now have two kids in Middle school and poor little Thomas is all by himself at the Elementary school!  So, I want to surprise my kids with a wonderful afterschool snack and their favorite supper tonight!

For snack, I am making some easy peanut butter cookies – these are a favorite in my house and the boys request them all the time.

Don’t forget to try your chances at the Ultimate Back to School Bash with hundreds of dollars in prizes!

Be sure to print out your coupons this week!  Remember, you should be able to print them twice.

Tuesday: Fried Pork Chops, Potato Salad, Green Beans, and Baked Beans

WednesdayBusy Day BBQ Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes, and Broccoli

ThursdayLeftover Soup (it is pretty full and I didn’t make it last week)

Friday: Out to eat to celebrate the completion of the first week of school!
