I’m always on the look out for healthy, portable snacks for my family. It’s very hard to please all of us with one bar or snack item, (ok mostly it’s my husband that’s hard to please but that’s another story)
.
I’ve seen KIND Snack bars on the shelves but I always dismissed them because I didn’t know enough about the bars. I’m also the kind of person that doesn’t want to invest in a large box of bars that we may not like, so I was waiting for an opportunity to sample a bar or two first. Luckily, KIND Snacks was nice enough to send me a few samples of the new Nuts and Spices bars and I have to tell you I am thoroughly impressed! Even my husband liked the bars, and I can tell you this is high praise indeed.
About KIND
KIND is a brand of all natural whole nut and fruit bars made from ingredients you can see and pronounce and it’s also a movement that gives new purpose to snacking.
At KIND we do things a bit differently.
KIND was founded on the principle of holistic kindness, and we pride ourselves on creating new paths that avoid false compromises. Instead of “Or” we say “And”. We choose healthy and tasty, convenient and wholesome, economically sustainable and socially impactful.
I love a company that has my health in mind. All the ingredients in the bars are easy to pronounce and visible. Each bar is made with all natural ingredients and each has a different health benefit, for example the Blueberry Pecan + Fiber is packed with antioxidant-rich blueberries that work to boost your immune system and the Almond & Apricot is packed with almonds that help prevent osteoporosis and regulate blood pressure. And another plus, each and ever KIND snack bar is 100% Gluten Free and certified Kosher!
We got to try the new Nuts and Spices bars and they are awesome! They come in four different flavours, Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt, Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Pecan, Madagascar Vanilla Almond and Cashew and Ginger Spice. My personal favorite was the Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt and my husbands was Madagascar Vanilla Almond. I love that the bars aren’t too sweet and they have the perfect balance (in my opinion) of flavours.
One lucky reader of 3 Boys and A Dog is going to win 8 of the new Nuts and Spice bars! (A $16 Value!)

Fiber plays a key role in controlling appetite. High fiber foods can curb cravings and keep you feeling fuller longer, thus, helping you to maintain your weight. And, not only do high fiber snacks have your waistline’s best interest in mind, they KIND your body with a host of additional health benefits – including lowering the risk of certain cancers, heart disease, and diabetes.

I believe what you posted made a ton of sense.
But, what about this? what if you wrote a catchier
title? I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to run your website, however what if you added something to possibly grab a person’s attention?
I mean GIVEAWAY: *New* KIND Nuts and Spices Snack Bars | 3 Boys And A Dog
is kinda vanilla. You ought to look at Yahoo’s front page and see how they create article headlines to grab people to click. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get readers interested about what you’ve written.
In my opinion, it would bring your blog a little
livelier.
