GIVEAWAY: Hip Peas Natural Kids Hair Care (NYC)

Let’s face it… there are a LOT of kid’s products out there when it comes to hair care. My daughter has thick, gorgeous, straight hair that knots if you look at it the wrong way. I have tried literally 7-8 different detanglers on her. Some of them smell sickeningly sweet, others simply did not work, and then some were full and I mean full of unnecessary chemicals and additives. My son has thin and more wispy hair that is curly at the bottom and usually has a hard time staying in place.

So, I am pleasantly surprised and delighted with the kids hair care line Hip Peas. All of their products are free of parabens, petrochemicals, phthalates, and sulfates. Their soft and fruity scents come from essential oils and natural extracts. Everything they produce is nontoxic and hypoallergenic.

As an added bonus, this company believes in “peas and love” and supports PETA in the ethical treatment of animals and 10% of all of their profits go right to child-focused charities.

Their hair detangler spray works beautifully on my daughter’s hair. I can use it on her hair wet or dry and all her knots and tangles literally fall out. It has given her hair an extra boost of shine and has tamed her static fly-aways. i 174529hippeashairdetangler wazala GIVEAWAY: Hip Peas Natural Kids Hair Care (NYC)

And, their hair styling balm is the only product that has worked on my son’s hair. I am able to tame his bangs and fly-aways and allow him to have some style without his hair looking weighed down or greasy. A little of this balm really goes a long way. (I can also give him that mohawk I have always wanted to try! icon smile GIVEAWAY: Hip Peas Natural Kids Hair Care (NYC) )
