My daughter has a lot of headaches, and loves to use the cold washcloth technique, so I was all over this idea!

My Thoughts

Here is my poor headache ridden daughter! She got a headache last night and so, I got one of the two ice packs out of the freezer and stuck it in the little velcro slot and put it on her. She immediately started cheering up and not whining! Hurray! She was even willing to pose for pictures! She kept it on and was able to fall asleep without a problem! Phew! I have a new favorite remedy! I think it will be great for those occasional ouchies too! I’ll get to save my frozen vegetables! It’s worth every penny!
