I think the reminder to hold in my stomach muscles would be what would make something like this work for me, just keep me more conscious and vigilant about doing my exercises. Too bad there isn’t a magic creme or something that would me hold in my stomach muscles while I sleep.
Terri, years ago my cousin would sleep with a 20 pound weight on her stomach. Her reasoning was that in order to breath properly, she had to keep her muscles tight or it would squish her. LOL! Not sure if it worked or not, but anytime someone mentions keeping stomach muscles tight, it reminds me.
