Tangy Crockpot Pork Stew

Medium Pork Roast in crock pot, cover with 2-3 Tables spoons of Worcestershire, 1 can of beef broth, and 1 can of cream of mushroom

Cook on low heat for about 6 hours.

Make 1 box of Minute Rice Brown Rice, but go ahead and put the rice in immediately with a muffin of seasoning blend and cook for a total of 9 minutes, don’t wait for boil!

Add the rice and the following to the pot:

  • 1/4 cup Tangy BBQ Sauce,
  • 2 Tablespoons minced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2-3 more tablespoons of Worcestershire.
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine

Allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.

I just started mixing stuff the other night and it kept tasting bland to me.  The small amount of BBQ sauce kept it from tasting like barbeque, but gave it a yummy tangy flavor!

  • 1 box of Minute Rice Brown Rice

  • ¼ cup Tangy BBQ Sauce,

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
