This is definitely the week to get back into the swing of things! Glee comes back on this week and it couldn’t come any sooner! I am dying to know if Quinn is ok or not. That girl has had a rough time of it in high school, hasn’t she?
All the yummy goodness from Easter is (sorta) over and it is time to get back on my Gruve weightloss plan! I hit green yesterday after running all over with my kids to find Easter Eggs, but it was my first time to hit it in several days, and if I sit at this computer all day, I won’t hit it today either. So, I plan to do a little exercise today either on the Wii or the XBox plus 100 jumping jacks!
Baseball is almost over. They have to win 2 of their games this week in order to be Area Champs and make it to the playoffs. Wish them luck!
Next week is Spring Break, so I am REALLY hoping to get the office dug out this week. I would LOVE to paint next week hen everyone is home to help. LOL! In fact, the trash man comes on Wednesday, so I plan to fill up the cans this week so he can haul it off. I also called my son’s school about donating tons of books to them. They don’t want them. Go figure! That’s why I don’t do a bunch of fundraising for them! My niece’s school, however, most likely does want them. I am hoping to hear back from my sister-in-law today!
Be sure to print out your coupons this week! Remember, you should be able to print them twice.
Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:
Monday: Fried pork chops, leftover Macaroni and Cheese, broccoli
Tuesday: Chicken (haven’t decided yet how to cook it) It is a whole fryer and I would love ideas!
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Ballpark food – double header at home today!
Friday: Taco Bake

Just hopping over from Homework:The inspiration board. How funny you ask about chicken, check out my Green chile chicken enchiladas I posted this week. This is something you can make ahead and it sounds like that is what you need with your busy life. Yes, I have been there but things are slower now that the children are all grown up.
