I lost some weight over ten years ago and was determined to keep it off. Here is one of my most popular recipes if you’d like to give it a try!
- 1¼ lb. salmon
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine seasonings with lemon juice and rub on salmon.
- Mix bread crumbs and olive oil in a small bowl or measuring cup.
- Coat salmon with mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
