Bathtime tends to be hot or cold at my house — and I’m not talking about the water. I’m referring to my kids’ attitude towards the tub. It’s a love/hate relationship, that’s for sure, and when it’s 8:30 PM and I’ve had a long day, the last thing I want to do is battle a toddler over personal hygiene. Yes, son, you smell. I promise. Now get in the tub! I used to bribe them with bubbles, but the novelty wore off just as quickly as the bubbles disappeared into the water. I tried to shower with them, but let me tell you, a grown woman with two kids in a single stand up shower is a tricky feat to accomplish. I’d nearly given up, but then I received my Zoocchini Hooded Towel in the mail. It was an instant hit! These towels are adorable. When bath time rolled around, the tantrums started. I whipped out Casey the Cow and told him that once bath time was over, he got to wear his new towel. His face lit up, and into the tub he went! It was nothing short of a miracle. Not only is my son clean, but he looks darn cute once he’s out of the tub! Now with my kids fresh and clean, I can sit back and take pride in knowing that I can still trick them into doing what they’ve gotta do. I have no shame in my game!
