This has been Tripp’s favorite recipe for several years now and he won’t eat it with anything but potato salad – not that I blame him! What else would you eat with barbeque?
BBQ Meatballs Ingredients: |
BBQ Meatballs Sauce Ingredients: |
| 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef | 1 C Ketchup |
| 1 tsp. Italian Mrs. Dash | 1 TBS Worcestershire |
| pepper to taste | 2 TBS brown sugar |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | salt and pepper to taste |
| 1/2 C bread crumbs (I use Italian flavor) | |
| 1/2 C Ketchup |
Directions for BBQ Meatballs: |
| Mix meat ingredients together, shape into 1-inch balls, and place in baking dish |
| Mix Sauce ingredients together and pour over meatballs |
| Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, basting occasionally |
(may be refrigerated up to 24 hours until ready to bake)

Ingredients look tasty. So, Ill give this a try. Perhaps I’ll substitute turkey for the ground beef for a more “Heart Healthy” meal.
