RECIPE: Busy Day BBQ Meatballs (Mrs. Dash Review)

This has been Tripp’s favorite recipe for several years now and he won’t eat it with anything but potato salad – not that I blame him!  What else would you eat with barbeque?

BBQ Meatballs Ingredients:

BBQ Meatballs Sauce Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef 1 C Ketchup
1 tsp. Italian Mrs. Dash 1 TBS Worcestershire
pepper to taste 2 TBS brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C bread crumbs (I use Italian flavor)
1/2 C Ketchup

Directions for BBQ Meatballs:

Mix meat ingredients together, shape into 1-inch balls, and place in baking dish
Mix Sauce ingredients together and pour over meatballs
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, basting occasionally

(may be refrigerated up to 24 hours until ready to bake)

I hope you enjoy these as much as we do!

Ah yum. Maybe we can make these when BBQ? It sounds great with french baguette bread

Ingredients look tasty. So, Ill give this a try. Perhaps I’ll substitute turkey for the ground beef for a more “Heart Healthy” meal.
