Potty training can be a really tumultuous time in a toddlers life. I’m currently trying to ease Micah, my 2 year old, into the world of potty learning. He’s surprisingly doing well, and can tell me when he needs to go. But, like all kids, he has accidents. Currently, I’m putting him in “big boy” underwear (complete with Pixar characters) and just hoping for the best. But when we go out in public, I’m constantly nervous that he’ll have an accident while we’re out and about. It’s not only the worry of an accident and having to deal with clean up, but it hurts his self-esteem when he doesn’t make it to the potty.

Kissaluvs has developed a fabulous new product for the difficult days of potty learning. The Kissa’s Pocket Training Pant is a waterproof, stuffable trainer that has adorable big kid designs on the inside. What I really loved was the stuffable pocket! The Pocket Training Pant comes with a sewn-in insert for little accidents, but for overnight, you can stuff the pocket for extra back up protection. I really love that this helps keep diaper confusion down. Going back and forth from undies to diapers is really difficult for kids to understand, but these cut down on that a lot! Here’s a bit more info about the trainer:

openings as needed.

*         Side snaps help make clean ups a breeze.

*         Doubles as a Pocket Diaper when stuffed!

I received the dinosaur print, and it is so darn cute! I even told Micah, “Don’t poo poo on your dinosaurs!” to try to encourage him to make it to the potty. Overall, these training pants are great! We had some accidents yesterday, but we also had some successes on the potty.
