Valentine’s Day is this week, so we have some special plans for the meals. However, the rest of the week is our normal weekly food menu.
When you make your meal plan each week, do you consider holidays? This weekly food menu includes recipes as well as a printable menu and shopping list. All the hard work is done for you, simply print out what you need for the week.
Menu Plan Monday: Weekly Food Menu

Breakfast
Monday – Yogurt Cups, Fresh Fruit and Granola with Orange Juice
Tuesday – Cereal with Milk and Banana
Wednesday – Strawberry Breakfast Bites at It is a Keeper! *use
Thursday – Breakfast Quesaidillas with egg and cheese and use ham, sausage or bacon (whatever’s on-hand) grill in pan.
Friday – Sausage & Egg Grilled Cheese at The Taylor House
Saturday – *French Toast, top with on-hand fruit and maple syrup, bacon.
Sunday – Crockpot Hashbrown Casserole at Crystal & Co.
Lunch
Monday – Leftover Broccoli Braid, On-Hand Fruit and Carrot Sticks
Tuesday – Veggie Hummus Wrap at Wondermom Wannabe
Wednesday – Chicken Salad on Croissants with Grapes
Thursday – Lemon Chicken Sandwiches (using leftover chicken breasts from Monday), topped with swiss cheese, arugula and mayo.
Friday – Taco Salad… use left over taco meat from Tuesday — Lettuce tomato (or salsa).
Saturday – Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup
Sunday – Pillsbury Pizza Crust Calzone, spread dough top with favorite pizza ingredients, wrap and pinch closed, base
Dinner
Monday – Crockpot Lemon Sage Chicken at Crystal and Co.
Tuesday – Taco Tuesday, Cook up some ground beef and use your favorite taco seasoning and toppings. Side of white rice, stir in 1/2 jar of salsa.
Wednesday – Dijon Wine Steak Kabobs with Mushroom Rice at Crystal and Co.
Thursday – One Pot Chicken Fettuccine at Crystal & Co.
Friday – Mini Turkey Meatloaf Recipe at Gym Craft Laundry with steamed green beans and Garlic Mashed Cauliflower at Patricia Eales Nutrition
Saturday – Honey BBQ Chicken Wings with Parmesan Ranch Oven Steak Fries at 3 Boys and a Dog
Sunday – Loaded Baked Potato bar. Clean, butter, salt & pepper enough potatoes for your family. Wrap in aluminum foil place in crock-pot on high for 4-5 hours or 6-8 hours on low depending on when you start them. Then use any leftovers from the week as toppers for your loaded potatoes. (chicken breasts, steak kabobs, taco meat, with broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, spinach, cheeses, sour cream, etc.)
