A few days ago I sent my husband to the store with a list of all the items I needed to make my Christmas Candies. Being the wonderful man that he is, he just got stuff and hoped it was right. For My Fantasy Fudge (not the recipe on the current Kraft Marshmallow Cream, but the one on the ORIGINAL Kraft Marshmallow Cream) I use a 7 ounce glass jar. He brought home a bigger plastic jar. I put it away in my pantry and the label fell off. Stupid me, I threw the label away. So, I got ready to make my Fantasy Fudge that calls for 7 ounce jar of Marshmallow Cream and had no idea how big my jar is!
So, I spent a few minutes doing all types of internet searches until I finally gave up and called the Customer Service number on the Kraft Foods website. The lady (whose name I couldn’t understand) was extremely nice and had my answer within just a few short minutes with a, “so sorry for the long wait!” Turns out they only make 2 sizes: 7-ounce and 13-ounce!
It was so easy and simple that I want to call them all the time. LOL! I sat on hold for a max of 2 minutes because all the “customer service representatives” were “currently helping other callers” and had my answer in a total of about 5 minutes from the time I dialed until I hung up!! So simple and so easy!
The lady also asked if I wanted to sign up to receive more information and participate in surveys to have my opinion heard. ROTFL! I very gently let her know that Kraft hears my opinion, trust me. She didn’t really seem to believe me…
Anyway, the point of this post is that so many bloggers spend time BASHING companies when they have a issue, but I never see people talking about their good experiences. I was very happy with my short and simple phone call to Kraft that I had to take a moment to let my voice heard on this POSITIVITY!
