“No, Tank, you may not have gum!”
“He is so cute, is this your only child? It is? Wow, you are so lucky! Oh, umm… did I say that out-loud?”
“ZACHARY AUSTIN! Get off that nasty floor!”
“I didn’t quite mean that I am unlucky because I have three boys… I really love my….”
“TRIPP! Leave your brother alone! No, get back over here. Oh goodness, where did Thomas… Uggh, Zack, please go get Tank!”
“I am sorry, what was I saying?” Hmm… where did she go? This must be why I don’t make friends well at the grocery store…
If we were to meet in the line somewhere, the above is how our “conversation” would go. Consequently, I have NEVER gotten to the “so, what do you do” part.
Friends ask, people I see at Dance, Football, Baseball, Doctors Office might… but, those random people never make it that far. So, I have never really thought of what my blog is actually about.
I’d like to say that:
3 Boys and a Dog is about everything YOU need to know to survive motherhood…. not necessarily uninjured or fully sane, but we will make it through, together.
I really think I am ADD and my kids are wild, obnoxious, and not very well-behaved – but, they are so cute. Seriously! I am an EF Foundation International Exchange Coordinator and most of the families that have hosted for me for 6 years have never met my children.
I wonder if they really believe that I have a husband and 3 kids…
Anyway, see…. I tend to change thoughts and direction in mid-stride. My blog does, too! Today I might be telling you all about this awesome product and tomorrow we might be talking about homeschooling or crafts… or homeschooling crafts! If it goes on in my life or has anything to do with any of my many homemaker hats, it could find it’s way into 3 Boys and a Dog!
