I am busy! I live BUSY! I know it and you know it. This is the main reason I am doing the In The Kitchen With Kelli Series. To try some new time saving products and introduce them to my readers. Even though I am home all day about 6 days a week, it seems I am always in a rush to get dinner on the table and want to provide my kids with healthy meals. Thanks to Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain White Rice, my evenings have just gotten a little easier!

According to their site, Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain White Rice is the first and only whole grain rice that looks and tastes like white rice. You know what, I agree. LOL! I can not tell a difference in this rice and other plain white rice. How awesome is that? The best thing? It only takes 10 minutes to cook this rice!

I LOVE RICE WITH MY SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN
I have to say that my Rice Pudding is sensational. The original recipe was from a church cookbook, from a Polish woman. I tweaked it over the years, and now I’m actually known for it. If you go to allrecipes.com, they also have a great deal of good ones that are very close to the one I use, with evaporated milk.

I just like to put fajita mixings on top of white rice. Yum!
My favorite rice recipe is for Savory Chicken and Rice. In this recipe, I just substitute the white rice for the long grain and wild rice mix with herbs & I season to taste.
