I am busy! I live BUSY! I know it and you know it. This is the main reason I am doing the In The Kitchen With Kelli Series. To try some new time saving products and introduce them to my readers. Even though I am home all day about 6 days a week, it seems I am always in a rush to get dinner on the table and want to provide my kids with healthy meals. Thanks to Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain White Rice, my evenings have just gotten a little easier!

According to their site, Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain White Rice is the first and only whole grain rice that looks and tastes like white rice. You know what, I agree. LOL! I can not tell a difference in this rice and other plain white rice. How awesome is that? The best thing? It only takes 10 minutes to cook this rice!
Mom Central and Uncle Ben’s sent me a couple of this full-sized aprons and several boxes of rice to share with my family and friends. Due to the amount of time I spend on the internet, YOU are my friends. So, I am offering one reader a chance to win 3 boxes of Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain White Rice (available in most grocery stores in July 2010) and their very own apron!
To Win – REQUIRED:
Leave a comment telling me your favorite white rice recipe! The name, a link to it, anything! I want to try some new things with my rice.

I love white rice with mushroom soup and baked chicken breast, with melted cheddar cheese on top.

Dirty Rice is my favorite dish!
Chricken and shrimp jambalaya is my favorite.
I love serving my homemade chicken & veggies with gravy over rice. When I have leftover chicken soup I make a roux, stir in the soup with cream or milk and thicken to make a gravy.
My favorite white rice recipe is Grandma’s vanilla rice pudding, but she won’t give up the recipe…..
Thanks for the chance to win!
