Time flies when you are having fun, doesn’t it? We had Spring Break all last week and I had great intentions, but they all went out the window when Ricky’s ball team made it to the play-offs and spent all week at practice.
Now, things should be getting back to normal and I have a full schedule planned. So, I pulled out my trusty meal planning supplies and got my menu plan down pat.

Man! I didn’t realize how fattening our meals were going to be this week until I started typing them up! Oops!
Lots going on at 3 Boys and a Dog this week! I have giveaways, guest posters, and some awesome reviews as we keep with the Home Office Organization Series. Plus, starting on Earth Day (April 22nd), I am going to be challenging you to 40 Days of Earth-Friendly Living to Celebrate 40 Years of Earth Day! Oh yeah, there will be some goodies given away during this, too! Lots happening! Are you ready?

at least you have a plan – I have no idea for the week. I have been cleaning and prepping the house for sale all weekend AND today – it is a holiday here in MA

@lynn @ Maven of Savin, Right, albeit a fattening one.
Of course, it is better than Pizza Hut and McDonald’s
I deal with troubled teens that are struggling at home, school, and with education and throughout our program we have cooked great meals. Looking at your post here these are some delicious options for the teens we work with and this helps give us a few new things to change up there daily routine. Thanks for the ideas.
Your menu planning is such a great idea. Once upon a time… I actually used to plan and shop accordingly. I don’t know exactly what happened, I suppose life.
But great job, even if they aren’t all low-fat.

@Alicia, Oh Alicia, I honestly find that my life is easier when I take a couple minutes to menu plan. I check the plan each morning and pull out anything I need to. I don’t freak out wondering what to cook, etc.
Plus, I don’t have last minute trips to the store.
