Huh, what? Yeah, I thought the exact same thing. LOL! I think everyone has pen issues, some people like expensive ones and some people like super expensive ones. I, on the other hand, do not like the ink to be too thin (think gel pens). I don’t lift my pen up off the page enough when writing, so I get a mess with those other types of pen. Other than that, I am pretty easy.

I want a pen that is going to work even if I leave it open.
I want a smooth pen.
I want it to be comfortable.
Plus, if it is good for the environment then I can’t complain about that.

Well, I have been really liking my pens from Paper Mate. They are everything I look for in a pen and very affordable at less than 2 dollars a piece! I was sent a pack of 2 medium point, blue biodegradable Paper Mate pens, but I already have the pack of 4 colors in my Amazon shopping cart. I am a colors girl. Different colors on my BusyBodyBook stand for different things from Guest Posters, to Series Posts, to reminders. I like the pens, I really like the pens.

Cons – I only have one con and it isn’t a big deal for me. The little clip (that all pens have) so you can stick it in your pocket or to your notebook, is not very sturdy. Mine broke on one of my pens the first time I stuck it on a stack of papers. I don’t go many places with my pens, and if I do happen to travel with them, I stick them in my purse.
