Can you believe it is already March? I have been out of town so much, that I am not prepared to write this menu plan Monday post. But, I have put off the Minute Rice review and my Menu plan long enough. So, for Tackle it Tuesday, I am knocking out 2 birds with one stone.
Monday: Pork Tenderloin and Ranch Mashed Potatoes
Tuesday: Italian Meatloaf and Broccoli Casserole (if I can find a good recipe).
Wednesday: Tex-Mex Bake (new! From Minute Rice cookbook)
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Out To Eat
I have been loving my package from Minute Rice! The other day, I took one boneless, skinless chicken tenderloin. I cut it into bite sized pieces and stir-fried it. Then, I added a bit of teriyaki sauce. In the meantime, I took a cup of MINUTE Ready to Serve Yellow Rice Mix and cooked it in the microwave. I mixed the two together and had a great (and super quick) lunch! YUM!
Minute Rice entered American homes during the same decade as the first color television set and the Hula Hoop and ever since has been a pantry staple helping consumers make healthy meals quickly. Minute Rice knows sitting down for a family meal is just as nutritious for the soul as it is for the body – making the brand’s constant goal to help busy cooks spend less time in the kitchen and more time around the table with loved ones.
Would you like to win the above pictured Minute Rice care package? Minute Rice has offered to give Gift Sets to FIVE winners, you could be one of them.

Well, I’m a college student. So, the hardest thing for me is finding something that is filling, quick, and doesn’t cost a lot! It’s also a struggle to eat healthy!

The hardest part of dinnertime for me is keeping the kids out of the kitchen while I’m cooking. It is hard to be careful while cooking with kids running underfoot.
I work full-time, so the hardest thing about dinner is actually getting it on the table before 7:00 pm

The hardest thing for me is planning dinner to be ready for when Hubby gets done with his shower after work and then cleaning up after! I am a new mom and being with JoHanna all day I am tierd by 4pm, so getting dinner and cleaning up after is a struggle for me! Soon we’ll have some kind of routine down!

Well, besides hating to cook. I can never juggle getting it all done at the same time.

The hardest thing about dinner for me is coming up with new (and cheap) ideas so we’re not eating the same thing over and over and over again.

For me, honestly, dinner is just completely intimidating. The hardest part is getting everything out and prepared early enough that it is ready on time.

If you’re taking international entries I’d like to enter. The hardest part is deciding what to eat. It always seems to be so difficult. Even when I tried making weekly meal plans it was a struggle to get a week’s worth of ideas.
The hardest thing for me about dinner time is getting the energy to prepare dinner every night.
The hardest thing for me is timing everything so that it is all done at the same time. Thanks!

for me, the hardest thing is finding the time to plan my meals and actually cook them. I often work long hours and am exhausted when I get home. I would love to make meals ahead, or make something easy. Rice is a big staple in our home, and this would be a big help!
