Prilosec OTC and the “Official Sponsor of Everything You Do Without Heartburn” promotion!
This is the most awesome thing I have ever heard of and am honored to be chosen to share this with my readers! Do you have a passion? Something you have always wanted to do but don’t have the resources to follow through? Prilosec wants to sponsor you! It is actually a very simple application process. Then you get people to vote for you and hope the judges choose you!
I am a mother and a blogger, this is what I do. Unfortunately, neither pays the bills.
I can think of a million things I am passionate about from homeschooling, to working with International Exchange Students, to blogging. In order to really make a difference in any of those things, I need more money.
Right now, we have 5 people sharing a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house. I would LOVE to host a couple exchange students and my husband and I would really like to adopt a few older kids (you know, the ones that get stuck in the system because most people want tiny babies). We want to make a difference, we want to show those kids what it feels like to have someone to just be there.
It isn’t about money, but until we can afford a bigger home, we just don’t have a place to put more kids… even temporarily.
I would LOVE to have my dream home and be able to fill it with children, then show those children what family means.
Prilosec OTC is an over-the-counter heart burn remedy and they want to know Everything You Do Without Heartburn. When I got pregnant with my first child, I had heart burn so badly. I ate those chalky pills like you wouldn’t believe. Then, when child number 3 came along, my doctor recommended Prilosec OTC. Wow, what a difference! Granted, my nails weren’t as pretty because I wasn’t getting the calcium that I got in the chalky pills, but I wasn’t taking 9 million of these a day, either! LOL!
With child #2, my doctor wouldn’t let me take anything except the chalky pills. So, be sure to check with your doctor before taking anything new!
If you apply, be sure to send me a link so I can vote for you!
I wrote this review while participating in a blog campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Prilosec OTC. Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.”

Kelli, Thanks for posting about this. I’m the community manager for the Official Sponsor program (and a blogger, too). Would love to see moms apply for sponsorship to help them do all the interesting and necessary stuff we do!
