That’s right, I no longer have a junk drawer. I believe every home should have one, but thanks to Rubbermaid, I no longer do.
This was my junk drawer.
It was originally supposed to be our household tool drawer, but somehow it became our “throw everything without a home” drawer. I have said for ages that I needed to clean it out because I could no longer find the tools!
Seriously, I have 2 broken hair clippers, a bottle of polish, ribbon, pencils, phone cords (we only have cordless phones), and nine million other things.
Step 1 – I pulled everything out of my drawer and vacuumed it out.
Isn’t that nice? You KNOW that I did not want to put anything back into it. But, thanks to the NEW Rubbermaid Drawer Organizers, my newly reorganized junk drawer is back to a tool drawer!
Step two, I set up my new interlocking organizers from Rubbermaid and began sorting items into them. I also pulled the trash can over and just started throwing trash away.
TA DA! The effects of the Rubbermaid Drawer Organizers!
I even found my mini hot glue gun and about a thousand glue sticks. LOL!
Do you have a drawer that you don’t want your mother-in-law to see? You can purchase your own combination of interlocking drawer organizers at Walmart and Staples.
OR… you can try to win a complete set like you see above!
