OK, I am starting to get a little stuck with my Blogging Basics Series. I started it with plans to just do it for a few weeks, but everyone seems to LOVE it. So, I am not ready to give it up just yet.
Here’s what I need from all my wonderful readers.
Leave me a comment with a question that you would like me to write about. You just might see your question on my site!!

Ho w do I add a Retweet button to all my posts? I’ve tried in the past and never could get it to work. I use Blogger.

@Stacie,
Great question, Stacie! I don’t use blogger so it will take some research. Be looking for your answer during next week’s Blogging Basics.

To follow Stacie’s question, how do we add (on Blogger) the buttons, like you and many others have on your right sidebar, to follow you on twitter, facebook and feed, using their icons.
I would love to see more Blogger vs Wordpress comparing- pros and cons, esp.
I would also love more SEO info- from basic, to the most techinical level that you understand it at.
Kelli, you are aswesome to selflessly share all of this! Not everyone out there is so forthcoming!

@Crystal & Co,
Those are for the buttons on each post.
Crystal,
I just completed my Blogging Basics for next week. It includes how to add the Digg This, Tweet This, and Share This on FaceBook buttons for Blogger AND Word Press.
As for the sidebar ones… HA HA! I have no idea since I paid someone to do it. But, do not worry I am actually working on finding the info for that.
Thanks so much to both of you for coming forward with your questions. You never know how much you know until someone asks.

@Kelli,
Oh, oh, I thought of something else!
Understanding and making sense of Google Analytics results. What does all the data really mean?What is landing page, exit page results, bounce rates???
I just started using this tool and it is giving me info I have no idea what to do with.
Of course I could spend hours researching it all, as my children burn the house down, but it is hard enough to hammer out new content every day….

@Crystal,
Or flood it.
You and Jaina’s mom are both interested in some more Google Analytics posts. It could be a while since I only do blogging basics once a week, but I am going to break it down into several segments and try to make everyone understand it. I am also going to start doing some SEO posts for Blogging Basics AND I will have a guest poster week after next that tells us all about adding the follow me buttons to the side-bar.
I am so excited about the interest in my Blogging Basics series and am having a blast researching and writing about them.

I would like to know how many companies you contact a week for requesting PR’s and giveaways and how do you ask them?

@Randa @ The Bewitchin’ Kitchen,
This is a great question. I will work on writing something up for this. I don’t actually contact companies anymore. I did, in the past, but unless I am working on a blogging event, I just let them come to me.

I would like to know the best way to keep track of your traffic, I recently installed google analytics how do you use it for maximum benefits, or is there a benefit to it? Is there something else out there?

@Jaina’s Mom,
Jaina’s Mom,
I don’t know what you mean by benefits.
Google Analytics feels the best to me. Other people use different things, but I find Google (in general) to be very user friendly.
I track my traffic so I can tell PR companies and corporations my reach.

I guess what I mean is, it asked me if I wanted to add search and other features that I just do not know what they are. So I thought since you were looking for topics this might be a good one.
