This is a great tip I never knew it mattered. No I just have to figure out how to change the direction. I do not use my fans in the winter, but my husband will use the upstairs fan when he sleeps upstairs...not because I kicked him out of bed...... :) ........but because he created a dark room for sleeping during the day since he works midnight shift! I guess I will have to go upstairs and see which way it is running. I wonder how much money that would save. Thanks for sharing this tidbit! I actually never knew this!
