		<description>I agree with what you said about diets. Most people think that if they go on some kind of new diet (and there are plenty of those out there), they will start loosing weight. Loosing weight takes dedication, hard work and change of lifestyle. That means watching what you eat and living a healthy lifestyle. It is also very important to attend gym 2-3 time a week.</description>

		<description>I have a Wii fit board coming, and someone mentioned that the EA Sports was better workout.
I am changing my diet along with a few more of the tips you listed. I did notice if cut way back on anything made with flour (bread, cake, pastry) I tend to feel better and lose weight.. Good Luck, hope you win.!</description>
