My Christmas Wish List

I love to make wish lists… ok, I love lists in general.  Some say it is a sickness, I don’t think I agree.  I could make a list of why I don’t think it is a sickness, but that might reinforce why it IS a sickness.

Anyway, I was pouting yesterday about how I never get picked to be a “supermom” and it got me thinking about all the things I “want.”  Somehow all that thinking turned into a long drawn-out list that I thought I would go ahead and share. LOL!

So, you are going to see my wish list.  It might be a little crazy, but as long as I am wishing, I might as well wish well!!

#1 – My Dream Space

I want a big room added on to my house that is ALL MINE! It would be predominately pink (seriously, with four males to one female, I am SICK of blue!) and have several functions:

• Home Office – The folding table in the living room is a major eyesore.  Plus, it is nowhere near my printer, fax machine, filing cabinet, shelves, etc.
• Sewing Room – The closets are full, my family is sick and tired of moving the ironing board to get to the kitchen sink, and we haven’t had dinner on the dining room table in too many nights to count!
• Craft Closet – I do MANY crafty things and they can be found in various forms of completion all over my house!  It would be nice to have a Craft Table separate from the Office and Sewing section just for the other crafts: knitting, cross-stitch, scrapbooking, jewelry making, etc LOL!
• Mom’s Chill Space – I want one of those darling Fainting Couches that I can stretch out on and relax with a good book.

#2 – A New Stove

To be quite honest, I am not even particular!  We bought the house 8 years ago and the stove was here when we bought it.  I have no idea how old it is, but I do know that none of the eyes light all the way up anymore.  The oven takes FOREVER to pre-heat, and the little drawer at the bottom is broken.  I can cook on it, but imagine what I could do with a new one. LOL!

#3 – A New Car

Have you seen the new Chrysler Town & Country?  Oh man, that thing is pretty awesome!  The seats turn around and everything!  Yeah, momma wants a new mini-van!

#4 – Miraculous Push-Up

Yeah, I want a Bra (might actually get this for Christmas!  I have made enough hints… hmm, we shall see!).  Have you seen the commercials on this thing?  It is supposed to add not one, but TWO sizes.  Ok, yeah I would rather have the whole job and a lift (three kids have made these things pretty ugly) but I figure if I am going to actually get anything on my wish list, I better add some reasonable things to it.
