Boys ages 0 to 1 Holiday Gift Guide

Can you believe that it is November already?  Before you know it, it will be Christmas.  Are you ready?  Are you even close to ready?  Did you know that the USPS says if you are mailing packages over-seas that you should mail them by November 15?  Wow, huh?

Anyway, here are my recommendations for gifts for those little boys ages 0 to 1. :-)

cdcvr Stork Tunes is compilation CD consisting of soothing music by Norah Jones, Jessica Andrews, and other top artists that celebrates motherhood and helps women relax. Proceeds from the sale of the CD, amounting to a minimum of $5 per CD, will fund March of Dimes efforts to give every baby a healthy start in life. “Stork Tunes helps us achieve two critical goals of our organization, namely providing useful resources for moms and pregnant women, and raising money for research and other programs to help more babies be born healthy,” said Dr. Jennifer L. Howse, president of the March of Dimes.

A compilation CD that all moms will treasure, “Stork Tunes: Songs for a Happy Birth Day” was originally designed to celebrate moms and offer inspiration to encourage and soothe moms in the delivery room. The “Stork Tunes: Songs For A Happy Birth Day” CD can be purchased online at Amazon.com or by visiting www.storktunes.com or the Shop to Help section of the March of Dimes website.

tempthermo_86 Temple Touch is a digital thermometer that gets accurate readings in just 6 seconds. The difference between Temple Touch and competitors is that the temperature readings come from just touching the sensor to your temple or underarm. The thermometer uses R.A.T.E. (Rapid Accurate Temperature Establishment) technology to sample the heat flowing from the blood vessels to the skin surface and translates it accurately into body temperature.

The Temple Touch premium thermometer is available at Walgreens.com right now for just $19.95.  This thermometer eliminates the hassle parents have with their children to shove a glass or plastic stick under their tongue. Temperature can also be taken while your child is asleep and eliminates any cross contamination. All of these features make the Temple Touch premium thermometer a must-have for every parent. Other links to the product are http://www.templetouchthermometer.com/ and http://www.medisim-ltd.com.

Mom Says: Sean wanted to submit this thermometer to women 19 and up category as he felt it was for mom’s…. As I told him, Mom’s do not want that for Christmas, but they would LOVE for their few month old child to get one. All of my boys had their first Christmas when they were VERY little and the type of things they got were: high chair, safety kits, formula, etc.  There is not much out there for little ones, they typically get things like the thermometer. ;-)    With that said, this thermometer is awesome!  We have used it a ton of times and it is GREAT for the little child who can not sit still. :-)

So, this could be for baby boys and girls as well as mom’s and moms to be.

That’s it, girls!  Stay tuned tomorrow for Boys ages 2-4 gift ideas!  Also, remember they could not submit the same item for more than one category.  So, an item might be able to be used for more than one category, but you won’t see them there. :-)

DISCLAIMER:  All items were sent to me free of charge to review for my Holiday Gift Guides.  Also, companies only cost was product and shipping.  They did not pay me to be in my Gift Guide!
