For kids ages 8 and above, Elmer’s has created the “MythBusters” Weird World of Water science activity kit. This activity kit is trial and error hands-on format, made popular by the Discovery Channel’s top show. Coincidentally it has just received the Family Fun Magazine 2009 T.O.Y. award.
Mom Says: I love that most of the necessary items come in the package. We only had to provide vinegar and baking soda. We also had to have scissors and an exacto knife (to cut the provided wood). Personally, I had a blast making the rocket with Tripp-ster. It only took a few minutes to get everything prepared and literally seconds to launch the rocket. This was a quick and easy science project and we enjoyed it. Wal-Mart carries this one as well as a few other Elmer’s Science kits! Guess we will be investing in some more after we do all the projects from this one. 
Tripp Says: We made the rocket… it launched so fast that I didn’t even see it take off, only come down! I really liked making the rocket and can’t wait to try the other projects!
