The hardest part about getting dinner on the table during the school year is the timing. With different after school games and evening meetings popping up, timing is sometimes short or last minute. That’s when Minute Rice comes in handy!

our biggest issue getting supper on the table during the school year is that I work evenings and hubby makes dinner three nights a week. I am always looking for something with variety for him to make that is easy instead of the same three things every week.

The timing – just trying to get everyone together with all the varied activities and mine and my husband’s work schedule can be quite the task!

The biggest challenge about getting meals to the table, is actually getting my children to the table to eat. It seems like we are always running to one school activity or another.
