THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED!
Welcome to DAY NUMBER TWENTY-NINE of the Back 2 School Blog Bash 2009 – 30 Days of Giveaways, at 3 Boys & a Dog!
I did not review this item, but the site does look very interesting… which is why I contacted Kim at Green Kids R Us about sponsoring a Bash giveaway. She provided the article.
Green Kidz R Us, started by 2 concerned moms, was created to inform and educate families about toxic home and personal care products and their health hazards. Their focus and passion is the environmental safety of our children.
Green Kidz R Us launched in 2006, was created to inform, educate and enlighten moms, dads, and kids about toxic products and health hazards in the home. Being advocates for children’s health and safety, they encourage substituting toxic chemical cleaning and personal care products for safer, healthier, green ones. To accomplish this, they’ve partnered with a private label manufacturer whose products are sourced from natural sustainable sources. They are the world leader in the technology of concentrated green products and no other company even comes close to their price or effectiveness.
Available are over 350 consumer items, in 5 different categories that are used in every home, every day. Product categories include eco-friendly laundry and cleaning products, products for good health and vitality for life, bath and body items, skin care and cosmetics and even an over-the-counter pharmacy category.
One of the most popular lines is the Eco Sense cleaning and laundry items. They’re formulated to be safer for your family, your home and the environment. Used are effective, naturally derived ingredients without abrasives and everything’s ph balanced. The products are super concentrated and don’t contain any fillers. They’re all safe around children and pets and because they’re so safe, you won’t see any childproof caps. You’ll never find chemicals like phosphates, chlorine bleach, ammonia, or formaldehyde in this line of cleaners.
Educating and arming yourself with information is the best way to make an informed decision as to what’s best for your family’s health. Green Kidz R Us is a leader in information and solutions when it comes to home and personal care.
Satisfied Customer Testimonials
I have two small children in my home and I am so glad that our house is chemical free and we are using green products. My children’s allergies have subsided since getting rid of the cleaners, detergents and personal items that are full of chemicals. The benefits are so great and I can rest easy that I am doing all I can to protect my children. – Penny, Illiopolis, IL
I have been using this line of green products for the past 18 months and have found them to not only be safer for my family but are also good quality cleaning products that really work. – Kerri, Gilbert, AZ
I was born allergic to “everything“. At family reunions, my relatives still remind me about how they thought I was going to die before I reached 2 years of age. All my life, the medical profession has been unable to help, they just said I‘ll grow out of it (I‘m over 18, if I was going to outgrow it, I would have). After ridding my home of all the store-bought soaps, lotions, and cleaners, and switched to the non-toxic brands Green Kidz R Us recommended my open, weeping bloody sores are gone. It only took a day to notice that I could breathe better and had more energy. In a few days, my skin was obviously healing. The skin problems were GONE in under two weeks. I’d had them since birth, there are a few scars, but most will go away. – Kim, Truth or Consequences, NM

Toxic chemicals get into the body by ingestion, inhalation or absorption. The last two ways are especially frightening to me.
