Mom Says: It only took about 10 minutes to install on my desk top. Once it was installed, I opened it and had 5 notices. 
System Status Error 1. Tune Up Disk Doctor – Told me that my disk had never been checked for errors! I clicked the little button and it got to work. In fact, it is running as I am sitting on my laptop writing this. 
As for the other errors? Not really sure because I started at one and then got up while it was doing it’s thing. I would imagine it is going to take me hours to get my computer where it should be. Then, with regular scheduled maintenance on it it shouldn’t take nearly as long next time.
In a nutshell, TuneUp Utilities 2009 is like having my own personal Geek Squad inside my computer! If you are not a member of the Geek Squad, I highly recommend you spend the 50 dollars to purchase this very easy to use, user friendly program to get your computer tuned up and keep it that way.

The biggest computer problem I have, besides not being able to get OFF of it
would be that it freezes up sometimes and I have to shut it down, losing everything I had open. I don't know what causes this, but it's SUCH a headache!

My biggest problem is that my computer either freezes up while surfing the internet or runs really slow (at the times I need it to run faster!).

Our computer was downloading new configurations and got stuck. It kept restarting itself but was frozen as to anything else. Nothing worked to stop it. We finally had to reinstall and of course wern"t completely backed up. I lost all of my contesting stuff,ALL OF IT.
