This is simple and easy to make ahead! The kids love it and that is what matters!
Ingredients
- 4-6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins (pre-cook)
- 1 pkg. frozen cut broccoli
- 1 can cream of broccoli, or cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. uncooked rice (pre-cook)
- 1 Can Chicken Broth
- 1 pkg Shredded Cheddar (also yummy with Mexican mix)
Combine chicken, cooked rice, cooked broccoli, soup, and 1/2 of the cheese. stir all together and top casserole with remaining cheese.
Cook in oven at 350 degrees until cheese on top is melted.










This Sounds really good, and I already have everything I need to make it, I think I’ll try it.. I’ll have to use low fat cheese that’s all I have in the house right now, I bet it will still be yummy! TY
I’m just impressed that your kids will eat broccoli! My 4 year old won’t try it to save his life. He tells me, “Mommy, when I get bigger, I will like it!”
my kids LOVE broccoli! We call them little trees and the “giants” liked to eat them.
How many ounces is a can of chicken broth? I am going to make this with some homemade broth and need to know how much.
