ModBe Clothing Review & Giveaway

THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED

I have three kids. Can anyone guess what that means? My hips and thighs are a bunch bigger than they were! So, all those adorable and stylish teeny-bopper jeans just don’t fit me right! If I buy them big enough to fit my behind, then they are huge in the waist. If I get them to fit my waist, they won’t come up very far past my knees. icon biggrin ModBe Clothing Review & Giveaway ModBe Clothing Review & Giveaway

So, when Karyn contacted me, I was super excited to try these True-Fit jeans by ModBe! Their London (pictured) and Naomi jeans are made for a woman’s shape and contain just enough spandex to be forgiving and flattering. Although, they seem to be a thicker material than my regular jeans (read: better quality), so I won’t be wearing them until this 100 degree weather goes away. ;-D

Karyn sent me London… I love the Black Indigo color with white stitching of them!

I wear Long in my pants, but these were so long that I could stand on the bottoms and my toes were hidden! Do not worry, when I washed them they shrunk in length but not in size, so now they are perfect. icon smile ModBe Clothing Review & Giveaway If you wash them inside out in cold water then hang them to dry (the first time) they are more likely to hold their color. This is a tip I learned years ago when black jeans were super hot. LOL!

Whenever I try on jeans, it seems they're always baggy in the butt. Remember "Baby Got Back?" Yeah, I'm little in the middle but – this baby's got back. But the jeans that *fit* my butt don't necessarily flatter it, and that's just no good!

My thighs are not in proportion with the rest of my body. So, I have to fit them first then purchasing jeans. This normally leaves me with baggy jeans.

My biggest issue is that I'm bigger in the belly/waist than anywhere else. I need a bigger size to fit comfortably at the waist, but, then they end up being too big everywhere else.

These jeans sound great. Thanks for the review and giveaway offer.

Hi, I just found your blog and love it! My biggest problem with finding jeans to fit is in the length. They are always to long, even the so-called petites are still to long for me.

    Danielle a.k.a Yellie says:

Oh, I have several issues with finding the perfect pair of jeans. The first one being that I am short (just barely reaching 5'1") and it seems like some of the shorts are too short, but mediums are too long…you get the picture. Also, my family was bestowed with some extra junk in the trunk, yet smaller waists. Well, try finding something that fits around your butt and isn't huge in the waist. Let's just say that shopping for jeans is not on the top of my list of favorite things to do, even though I absolutely love shopping.

I live in florida so pretty much all year long I wear capri's, the problem is my 17 year old daughter she's 5' 2" wears about anywhere from a size 3-5 her problem is her thighs from being a runner and in cross country have muscle so all the style of jeans are way to tight in that area, Sooo its a huge problem trying to find pants to fit her. Either they fit the waist and the legs to tight or vica versa.

Thank you so very very much
