Out of The Box Board Games Review and Giveaway

My boys love board games, for that matter so do I! Remember the post on my game closet? Now, we have two more games to add to that stuffed closet!

Leah from Out of the Box Publishing sent us two games to review and we have had a blast playing with both of them – in fact, we are taking both games to the cabin next week!

1. Backseat Drawing Junior: The silly game of Sketchy Directions – ages 7 and up, 3 to 8 players.

Mom Says: This game is hilarious! One person draws a picture, but they don’t know what the picture is! Another person, the Director, has to tell them what to draw using shape, number, and directional instructions ONLY! Then, the other players have to try to figure out what the picture is. We had such a fun time with this game, although it was a bit difficult for my 7 year old. This game has a bunch of rules – so, it took a bit of time to get it right, but all-in-all we enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it!

2. Letter Roll: Everybody’s Word Game – ages 8 to adult, 2 to 8 players.

Mom Says: This was really hard for both of my older boys ages 7 and 9, but mom and dad had lots of fun with it. I think that it wouldn’t have been so hard for the boys if they weren’t competing against adults! LOL! You roll the funny shaped dice and get 3 letters. Then, you race against time to write down words that have those three letters in them. Only unique words get points! I, also, highly recommend this game!
