Carolina Pad Sasquatch Review & Giveaway

***CONTEST NOW CLOSED! CHECK MY SIDEBAR FOR OPEN CONTESTS***

Some of you may remember that I did a review on the Carolina Pad Eye Candy Line of School and Office Supplies a couple weeks ago. I am back with another review but this time I am bringing a giveaway with it!

Carolina Pad Sasquatch Review & Giveaway

Gwen sent me a bunch of goodies to check out and review. You know, typically when I hear “recycled paper” I think of ugly and flimsy. Look at these in the pictures! They are not ugly by any stretch of the imagination. They are also very sturdy!

I received:

3 Pocket Folders -

Product Features:

    • 80 percent recycled content
    • Coordinating interior design
    • Fits 3-ring binders

I love folders, I always have a million papers to keep organized. I am planning to use one for Zack’s school papers when school begins. If you have a kid in public/private school the you know the amount of paperwork they bring home that has to be handled or even just held for a few days. I am going to keep them in this folder and go through it each week. icon biggrin Carolina Pad Sasquatch Review & Giveaway

1 Pencil Case -

Product Features:

  • PVC free
  • Zippered Nylon
  • Durable nylon

Ok, it is a pencil case but I have already decided to throw it in my purse to hold my smaller items that always get lost: lipstick, business case, pen, etc

1 – 1 subject spiral notebook

Product Features:

  • 100 percent recycled covers and interior pages
  • Puzzles and games on inside covers
  • Durable cover
  • Perforated pages
  • Snag-resistant coil
  • 10.5 x 8.5 inches

It’s a notebook! I am thinking I will let Tripp use it for his journal this year.

Why Sasquatch?

Legend holds that Sasquatch is a creature that lives deep in the forest, far from where most humans dare to go. He lives off the land, and except for a footprint now and then, leaves little trace of his existence.

Sasquatch provides a fun, kid-oriented example of living a green life by using only what one needs.

Carolina Pad is trying to follow in Sasquatch’s footsteps because we know that forests are one of our greatest treasures.

Finding Sasquatch

Sasquatch is available at major mass retailers including Wal-Mart, Target and Kmart, Walgreens and Staples, as well as several regional retail chains. Visit http://www.find-sasquatch.com/ and click on “Find Sasquatch” for a full listing a participating retailers.

What Makes Sasquatch Products Eco-friendly?
Sasquatch™ Brand products use less virgin wood products. They are made of mostly recycled paper. This means fewer trees are cut down and less water and fossil fuels are used during processing. This helps reduce air and water pollution and helps protect wildlife from harmful chemicals and habitat changes.

The Purse Book would be great for jotting down little items to take home and put into the baby book so you don't forget. Like the first reaction at the pediatrician and when they speak or walk away from home.
