I am not over-weight, but I am a lot “softer” than I like being. 
Since I am still under 30 (barely) I want to be able to go out with my husband and look “hot,” but thanks to three kids, I don’t look so hot anymore. LOL! Yes, I realize I will never get my perfect cheerleader body back, but if I can hide my back fat, I will be a much happier date.
