I was super excited when Lisa at It’s a Glam Thing gave me the opportunity to review Adovia Psoriasis Relief and Treatment Products. I was sent Ocean Breeze Scented Bath Salts 15 oz jar. by Alex at Adovia.

Let me break down my experience into bullet points as this seems to be the best way to review a bath product. Besides, I like to change things up a bit.

1. The smell was wonderful! It stayed in my bathroom for hours afterward, when I walked past I could still smell it.

2. It turned my bath water blue. That was kind of strange to me, but my little one with Eczema LOVED it. Water hurts his sores so we always have to fight him to bathe, but this required no fighting… “Momma! Blue Bath, peas?”

3. It did not heal my psoriasis nor my son’s eczema, but it did soothe the itchiness. It also eased the pain in my joints & muscles. Did you know psoriasis causes a form of arthritis?

According to their site, it takes 6 weeks to really clear up the psoriasis – maybe it would. I only used it for a week and did not see any clearing, but as I said, it did relieve the symptoms and that is a plus in my book!

So, would Kelli recommend it? I guess that depends on what you want it for.

I would not say that it works in clearing eczema nor psoriasis, but as we have already established, they say it takes 6 weeks. Although, I would think if it works after 6 weeks, it should have cleared a least something after 1 week. So, no (strictly my opinion after trying it for a week) I would not recommend it as a psoriasis clearing product.

BUT, if you want it to make your bathing experience a spa experience, if you want it to relieve joint and muscle pain, if you want it to immediately relieve the pain and itchiness of Psoriasis and Eczema, and/or if you want it to make you and your entire bathroom smell like Heaven then, oh yeah…. I TOTALLY recommend it.
