I finally broke down and cleaned out my recipe box. I got this box when I married my husband over 10 years ago. I have stuffed everything into it that I could find. Well, now that I am actually trying new recipes on a regular basis, I needed to be able to find the “my-kid-approved” ones the next time I got ready to make them. As my recipe box looks right now, there was NO WAY I could find a recipe. So, I made a list of all the recipes we like and then went through my recipe box pulling out things that I am just not going to make. I was just about to chunk the 4 x 6 recipe cards when I decided just because I don’t want them doesn’t mean someone else doesn’t. So, I thought… they could be my very first blog give-away! Since I only have three followers, a give-away (even if small) could be a great way to pull others in. So, please please PLEASE tell others and let’s get this rolling.
I know it isn’t much but this is:
21 – Pampered Chef Recipe Cards
16 – Handwritten recipes from various sources including some of my friends and family
17 – Printed “handmade” cards – these are recipes I have clipped from magazines, torn from products, printed from emails, etc and taped or glued to a recipe card.
