It would have taken me a couple hours (probably because I would have spent the 1st hour trying to avoid it!). I can honestly say, though, that I can fit all my games in one drawer, so that's not my problem area! :) I'll try to remember to keep you posted as to how I like my spice organizers. If I forget, come on back and ask me again. So far, so good. The only couple things I would suggest is measuring your cupboard first and taking the measurements with you. The only thing I can fit on the top shelf is small bottles like the ginger and nutmeg, because the shelf is a little too tall for me. And then you can't see those small bottles behind the bigger ones. But I know they're there, so at least there's a logical order. The other thing is that with the wire one, the glass bottles tend to want to slide forward and fall off. There was a plastic one (also at Target) with "gripper" stuff on the shelves - might have been better. That’s impressive for only 20 minutes.
