RECIPE: Kelli’s Spaghetti

The only thing I knew how to cook for a long while.

Ingredients
1. 2 -3 lbs hamburger meat, browned and drained
2. 1 bag frozen seasoning blend
3. 3 cans tomato sauce (plus 2-3 of water)
4. 1 small can tomato paste
5. 3 cans of beef broth
6. 4 – 6 bullion cubes
7. Salt, pepper, garlic, onion, etc

Directions
Mix all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil. Allow to simmer, covered, for 4-5 hours or until it thickens. Stir Frequently.

Serve over spaghetti noodles.

    What is frozen seasoning blend? I’ve never heard of it.

      Beth, so sorry for the delay on this, your message email got lost in my spam folder for some reason. Frozen Seasoning blend is basically chopped onions, celery, bellpeppers, etc in a baggie. I actually make my own now as it is cheaper. If you look in the freezer section of most grocery stores, you will find it near veggies.
