To prepare: Preheat oven to 425.
My entire family loves this when we want a small amount of something fast. I hope you guys like it, too. I got the original from Pampered Chef, but changed it to better suit our taste buds.
Ingredients
6 cups tortilla chips
3 cups diced cooken chicken
2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar
2 tbs Jamaican Jerk Rub
¼ cup ranch dressing
Directions
1. Arrange tortilla chips in slightly over-lapping layer
2. Combine chicken, cheese, and jerk.
3. Sprinkle chicken mixture over chips.
4. Bake for 5 – 7 minutes or until cheese melts.
5. Pipe ranch over nachos.
6. ENJOY!
